AEV ProCal SNAP for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator is a cost-effective calibration module that accurately corrects your speedometer after installing larger tires (up to 42″ tall) and/or changing the axle or transfer case gear ratio. It also allows you to adjust TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) settings, saving you from the headaches of going to the dealership or depending on a lesser-quality module.

After installing AEV’s Programming Harness (included), ProCal SNAP simply plugs into your vehicle’s OBDII diagnostic port and interfaces with the user through the audio system equalizer. After inputting the necessary numerical values for the tire size or gear ratio through the audio equalizer (example: 35.5” tall tire = bass 3, mid 5 and treble 5) the settings are saved by pressing and holding a combination of buttons on the steering wheel. It’s that easy…in fact, some might say it’s a SNAP!

AEV ProCal SNAP for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator is proudly manufactured in the USA. Not compatible with 2025 model year Wranglers equipped with the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine. 2025–2026 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after September 30, 2025 require a factory software update to correct a Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration issue from your Stellantis dealer.  See fitment notes below for details.

Key Features:

  • Easy installation
  • Fits 2018+ JL Wrangler and Gladiator truck
  • Accurately calibrates your speedometer in minutes
  • Ideal for vehicles with larger than stock tires (up to 42″ tall) and/or different axle/transfer case gear ratio
  • NOW featuring TPMS capability
  • Proudly made in the USA

Important Fitment Notes

  • Note for 2026 Wrangler Owners: Certain 2025 and 2026 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after September 30, 2025 were produced with a faulty Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration. This DASM calibration could not properly accept tire size which then caused lane departure and auto high-beam warning faults and disabled certain driver assistance features. Please see attached Customer Bulletin for instructions on how to resolve the issue from your local Stellantis dealer.
  • Vehicles equipped with a manual transmission require additional programming by a local dealership to prevent clutch errors and transmission fault codes.
  • Currently not compatible with 2025 model year Wranglers equipped with the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine
  • The ProCal SNAP requires the factory head unit to function. It may be possible for the ProCal SNAP to work with after head units to work but it is highly unlikely.
