American Expedition Vehicles

News & Media

North Carolina's Uwharrie National Forest is laced with off-road-vehicle trails, the most notorious of which, Daniel, is rated extremely difficult. Lucky for me, they haven't done that yet, because I'm here with the American Expedition Vehicles JK350. And it doesn't need any help...

Moab Utah Easter Jeep Safari - Tuesday

Tuesday was spent climbing through the trails of Moab with the AEV Ram Concept truck. The AEV Ram is a 2500 full size pickup complete with AEV High Clearance Fender Flares, AEV 3.0" DualSport Suspension lift, AEV 17x10 Katla Wheels, 40" BFG Mud Terrain KM2 Tires and the AEV Ram Front Bumper. After a number of years working with the Wrangler, we recognized that there was a void in the industry for a full-size off-road truck that offers more cargo capacity and towing capability, particularly in the growing overland travel market with its requirements for extended range, payload and towing. This is the second trip to Moab with the AEV Ram since introducing it at SEMA in 2013. Stay updated on AEV Ram updates by signing up for our newsletter here.

Moab Utah Easter Jeep Safari - Monday

Every year AEV invites customers to partake on an exclusive trail ride at Easter Jeep Safari. On Monday we set out for Black Dragon Canyon near Green River, Utah. It's a bit different than your typical Moab trail ride - it's really off the beaten path and a unique place to tour. One of our first stops included a visit to the petroglyphs that adorn the canyon walls of the wash. It is incredibly humbling to reflect on what once was part of this land.
