AEV MILSPEC (J8) »

The Jeep J8 is one of the toughest vehicles in the world and, until now, it was only sold to foreign militaries and governments. American Expedition Vehicles is the exclusive distributor of the AEV J8 MILSPEC which is sold here in the US as a component vehicle. Only 120 of these ultra rare jeeps will be sold to civilian enthusiasts and are built by AEV in the USA at our Detroit production facility. Available with a 2.8L CRD or 5.7L HEMI engine, the J8 is the ultimate platform or collector's jeep.

TJ and JK HEMI V8 (5.7L/6.1L) Conversions »

Want the most professional service and engineering when considering changing our your 4.0L or 3.8L engine to a 5.7L or 6.1L HEMI? AEV has you covered. We originated the HEMI Jeep conversion in 2002 and have more experience than any company in the industry. We offer HEMI V8 conversions for 2003 to current model year Wranglers and can supply the entire powertrain or you are welcome to bring us the correct powertrain for installation. Conversions carry a 12/12,000 limited warranty.

Are you daydreaming about the AEV Brute Pickup at work? AEV performs all levels of Brute Conversions on your current 1997-2006 TJ Jeep Wrangler. We can do partial conversions (cab/chassis) if you want to finish the project but don’t have the skill or facilities to do the welding and fitting or we can provide you with a complete Brute fully optioned. Available at our Missoula Montana or Walled Lake Michigan facilities the Brute conversion is a great way to breathe new life into the TJ platform.
