   (40in x 9in x 10in) with a shipping weight of 38lbs. Actual product weight: 32.5lbs.

   (12in x 6in x 4in) with a shipping weight of 11.5lbs. Actual product weight: 10lbs.

1. Off Road Lights
   Two (2) light mounts are securely integrated into the bumper design. Works with most popular brands of lights including the AEV recommended IPF 900, IPF 900 HID, and IPF 930 SuperRalley lighting family.
2. Factory Fog Lamps
   Integrates of the factory fog lamps and adjustment access points on the underside of the bumper

The paints and finishes used on AEV bumpers are designed to meet or exceed OE specifications to ensure industry leading corrosion protection.

1. First an epoxy prime coat is applied in a 13 stage electo coating process over the bare metal;
2. Next, a zinc rich epoxy powder prime coat;
   
3. Finally, a polyester textured black powder top coat.
   
4. Exterior Fastners - Front face bolts and washers are plated to exceed 1000 hours
   in a salt spray test (most standard nuts and bolts only live up to around 240 hours)
