Easter Jeep Safari 2008

Easter Jeep Safari 2008

May 4, 2008 -

Easter Jeep Safari 2008 was a huge success for AEV. After weeks of preparation and anticipation, we were sorry to see it pass so quickly.

We’d like to thank all of you who stopped by to visit us during the vendor show at the Spanish Trail Arena. Despite rising gas prices, you were there in great numbers and we appreciated the opportunity to show you all that is new at AEV.

AEV at Easter Jeep Safari - Moab, UT

Speaking of new, AEV used Moab as a testing ground for a number of its JK prototype products. Our HEMI V8 conversion kit, snorkel package and Nth Degree suspension were treated to a thorough flogging over trail and dune. The slick new snorkel has just been released and will be followed shortly by an engine conversion kit and suspension package loaded with quality AEV engineering.

AEV also hosted its annual barbecue in Moab and was honored to have some notable guests in attendance including representatives from BFGoodrich, Chrysler, Quadratec, Dynatrac as well as many others. It turned out to be a standing-room-only affair with AEV owners Dave Harriton and Mike Chetcuti serving up house-smoked ribs and Moab baked beans. We hope that everyone who attended had a great time.

AEV is already looking forward to Easter Jeep Safari 2009 and hopes to see all of you there.

  1. What can I say, I liked is so much that I stayed for 6 weeks. With the price of gas I saw no better place to spend my holidays. With most of the trails located with in a 30 min drive from Moab. This is some of the best wheeling I have done, we are looking at purchasing property there so we can leave the rigs and fly in when we want (Cheeper than driving) for the weekend or longer. The BBQ was great as always with the proceeds going to scouts. Big Saturday was even better this year than last although I did notoce that it wa not a busy as last year.
