For the seasoned 4-wheel drive adventurer, thousands of miles behind the wheel make one fact obvious - proper tuning of the vehicle’s suspension is critical. From high and low-speed handling characteristics, to pure load-carrying might, extended 4-wheel drive trips continually test a suspension’s capabilities and reveal every strength and weakness.
For this reason, American Expedition Vehicles has always outfitted its Jeeps with the best-tuned suspension products in the aftermarket. With the addition of Nth Degree to American Expedition Vehicles, the finest in aftermarket suspension tuning has now come under one roof.
Founded by Jim Frens, a former Jeep suspension engineer for over a decade, Nth was developed with one premise in mind - merge the experience and technology of the OE manufacturer’s with the performance needs of the aftermarket. Now combined with AEV’s manufacturing ability, the Nth lineup is truly a step above the industry standard "lift kits".
After a brief hiatus while AEV redesigned the current lineup for easier installations, the Nth parts for the TJ Wrangler (97-06) are being reintroduced now. Tummy Tuckers, Sliders, and 4.0L Oil Pan Skid-plates are currently available. The TJ Long Arm Suspensions (4.5" - 6", LWB & SWB) will be introduced spring ‘08. With the JK Wrangler (2007+), the Nth suspension is focused on extended off-road touring and will be offered in 3" and 4" versions. Suspensions will begin shipping Spring ‘08 for the 2 door and 4 door JK Wranglers.
